Refurbishment of vacated areas within the existing building to form 3Nr classrooms and associated accommodation together with alterations and refurbishment of stores, corridor and other areas within existing building. Replacement of existing strip rooflights and associated roofing works. External works comprising alterations to existing paved areas, new footpaths and fencing together with drainage alterations NOTE; Applicants will need to register their interest against this procurement exercise via YORTENDER in order to gain access to the PQQ. To have an opportunity for this project, Applicants will need to register and submit completed PQQ via YORTENDER www.yortender.co.uk.
