Notice Description

NHS England London Region (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") invites Expressions of Interest (EoIs) and completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions from all suitable providers of primary care services, who are capable of undertaking GP APMS contracts in London, as part of Tranche 5 (T5) of the London APMS Programme. 16 (sixteen) APMS contracts are offered in different parts of London, Potential providers are invited to express an interest in one or more of these opportunities. Bedfont Practice (TW14) The Great West Surgery/Heston Practice (TW4) Isleworth Medical Centre (formerly Isleworth Practice/Grove Medical Centre) (TW7) Orient Community Practice (E10) The Rowans Surgery (SW16) Somers Town Medical Centre (NW1) St Ann's Road Surgery (formerly Chestnuts Park Surgery/The Laurels Medical Practice) (N15) Park Royal Medical Practice (formerly Acton Lane/Harness Harlesden) (NW10) Edridge Road Health Centre (CR9) Featherstone Road Health Centre (UB2) Halfpenny Steps Health Centre (W10) Sandringham Practice (E8) Springfield Tollgate Practice (formerly Springfield Health Centre/Tollgate Lodge Health Centre) (N16) Kings Park Surgery (RM3) Woodbridge Medical Centre (UB1) Broadmead Surgery (UB5) The Procurement process will be facilitated entirely online via The Authority's e-procurement portal (ProContract). Interested Applicants wishing to participate in the procurement must register, express an interest, and complete the online questionnaires hosted on the portal prior to the deadline for submission (17th February 2017). All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the portal. Contracts will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years, with optional extension for a further 5 years. i.e. Maximum total duration for each contract is 10 years in total. A timetable for the procurement, guidance re: process, and supplementary information relating to each contract opportunity is also available from the Portal. This Tender process is being managed by North East London Commissioning Support Unit (NEL CSU) on behalf of The Authority in connection with a competitive procurement exercise that is being conducted in accordance with a process based on the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations" (as amended)). The services to which this Procurement relates fall within the "Light Touch Regime" (LTR) governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other service contracts. Neither the reference to "Open Procedure", "ITT", "PQQ / SQ", the use of the term "Tender process", nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the Contracting Authority intends to hold itself bound to any of the Regulations, save those applicable to LTR provisions.
