The Contracting Authority has commissioned APMS services for: Lot 1 Ashton GP Service, Ashton-Under-Lyne; Lot 2 Droylsden Medical Practice, Droylsden, Lot 3 Guide Bridge Medical Practice, Audenshaw, Lot 4 Millbrook Medical Practice, Stalybridge. APMS contracts are for an initial period of 10 years with the option to extend by a further 5 years. Please see additional information at VI.3 of this notice.
