The review should include academic and grey (non academic) literature and interviews with sector leads. The state-of-the-art review will consider the most current research and development relevant to the UK's fishing, aquaculture and seafood industries. The review will provide a critical survey of the extensive material produced in the past 4 years in all parts of the world, and a synthesis of current thinking. The synthesis will enable new perspectives and identify areas for potential future innovation.
