Quantity Surveying services to support the development and delivery of an Heritage Lottery Fund Project to restore, re-order and enhance the Grade 1 Kelmscott Manor Estate. The project is a combination of conservation repairs and new build elements. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
