PoJ are seeking a partner to help inspire and empower people with an exciting and innovative digital strategy for now and for the next five years. The initial phase of this digital transformation is to support the development of a strategy/roadmap which will align with PoJs Strategic Business Plan . PoJ wants to work in a partnership style approach and wants a partner that aligns with its own Values, Vision & Culture. PoJ wants to adopt an open, honest, and transparent working environment. PoJ recognise the need to implement technology to plan, build and expand our business in terms of both operation and performance. We recognise there will be quick wins for short term value add and digital stability, and the longer-term transformation opportunities.
