The service provider will: o Be required to ensure that digital system outcomes are aligned with service visions and business strategies. o Work closely with stakeholders in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation for our digital systems. o Ensure IT products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of the project (Alpha/beta/production) and meet agile delivery standards
