Notice Description

As part of the LYPFT midterm strategy for the site, the above mentioned buildings will be subject to a refurbishment of the M&E services (as well as builders and civil work elements beyond the scope of this document), in order to allow the unit to have an extended life cycle and become a useful resource for its partners and their associated staff and employees. The current project represents a further phase of refurbishment, the St. Mary's Hospital Gate House Upgrade. The project is a TRADITIONAL Project with the Consultant being fully responsible for the complete design, and the Contractor responsible for supply and installation.
