94168 - Architectural and Professional Services for the Refurbishment of Highbury
Notice Description
Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of conservation architectural and professional services for a project related to carrying out essential refurbishment work to the grade 2* listed building on the Highbury estate, Moseley, Birmingham. The purpose of the project is for conservation architectural and professional services in regard to urgent remedial works required to Highbury Hall a Grade II* listed building in Moseley, Birmingham. The Council seeks architects to develop appropriate designs and specifications for the identified areas requiring remedial works (including any necessary survey work) secure all the necessary approvals, and assist in the tender process in regard to the appointment of a contractor. Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works Services to be provided by Acivico Ltd The approximate value of the works for the refurbishment is PS400,000. This contract will be for a period of one year commencing 6th July 2018 until 31st March 2019. Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. If you are unable to register with in-tend please either email us at cps@birmingham.gov.uk or call 0121 464 8000. If you are interested in tendering please click on the following link to access the Council's tender Portal:-. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/ and submit your details to register as a bidder.
