888FXPlus Due to technical issues with Contracts Finder FXPlus have as at the 05/12/2016 awarded this tender. All suppliers who expressed an interest have been notified. end Requirements Overview Rationale Commercial Electrical Services Falmouth FXPlus is seeking suppliers for it's Commercial Electrical Services requirements for it's Penryn Campus in Cornwall - TR10 9FE and associated satellite Campuses. Our Commercial Electrical services cover a wide scope of requirements as detailed in the Invitation to tender documents. Commercial Electrical Services will involve larger and more complex projects which may require interdisciplinary team work and more advanced skill sets than that of the Domestic Electrical Services supplier e.g. ability to work with three-phase design. The Commercial Service Provider should be able to deliver the undertaking, of periodic servicing, testing, inspection, certification, maintenance, renewal and repair to Electrical related Services, for which FXPlus holds repairing responsibility. It is essential that we take on a high quality Supplier who can keep the Campuses functioning safely and efficiently over the duration of the agreement. The deadline for receipt of completed tenders is the 18th November 2016 - 12 Noon G.M.T via the FXPlus e-Procurement System. WHAT TO DO NEXT OUR TENDER REFERENCE: 888FXPlus TITLE: Electrical Services - Commercial DEADLINE: FRIDAY 18TH NOVEMBER 2016 - 12 NOON G.M.T via the FXPlus portal FXPlus ProContract e-tendering system (Due North) FXPlus uses an e-tendering system Pro-contract hosted by Due North to administer and manage its tender processes. The system provides an efficient and transparent way of conducting the tender process. Companies can register their details via: https://www.fxplustenders.org/procontract/fxplus/supplier.nsf/frm_home?ReadForm This system is free to use. The system will ask you to register against a specific category which identifies and describes your main business activity. You are also able to upload other relevant information, such as company accounts, quality accreditations etc if you wish. When a contract is advertised on ProContract you will either be sent an email notification inviting you to apply for the pre-qualification Questionnaire or tender documents (If your category matches that of our tender requirement) AND/ Or be able to check on the FX-Plus e-tendering system using the link given above. All tender Questions and Answers, post tender clarifications and general correspondence are carried out using this system.
