Myriad Housing, a subsidiary of Chelmer Housing Partnership, is seeking a contractor for the design and construction of 24 residential units and associated external works. We have acquired land at Pyms Road, Chelmsford with the benefit of an Outline Planning Consent (reserved matter landscaping) for the design and construction of 24Nr. dwellings and associated external works, (including planting, landscaping and fencing), services, private drainage, roads and sewers.
