The Services required is to undertake a full Service of effective advertising, search, selection and candidate management process to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ofwat. The Supplier will be working closely with our Lead Talent Partner, Chief Executive, and the interviewing panel. The COO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and leads the Corporate Enablers Directorate. The Directorate provides professional corporate enabling services - Finance, Procurement, IT, Workplace Services, People - so that Ofwat runs smoothly and contributes to the achievement of our Time to Act strategy.
