CAR - Tenants Energy Advice

Notice Description

Bristol City Council is seeking provision of an independent, targeted, impartial, and holistic energy advice service for tenants to include: ? ?Proactive? advice to complement Housing Delivery?s investment in energy measures to ensure tenants make the best use of improvements, and ? ?Reactive? advice to tenants who are having financial difficulties (possibly as a result of welfare benefit reform) to ensure they are getting the best value for money from their energy bills Additional information: It is the council?s intention to enter into a contract with one contractor or consortium. The contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further one plus one years, subject to agreement with the council and the contractor(s). Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for the provision of a Tenant Energy Advice Service. Submission of this tender and communication between tenderers and the council throughout the tender period will be via the council?s e-commissioning and tendering portal, the ProContract Supplier Portal. Information to the tenderers is available on the ProContract under CAR - Tender Pack - Tenants Energy Advice - Information to Tenderer's doc The service is for the Bristol City Council tenants.
