Read: This framework may be used in connection with European Research funding including but not limited to ERDF & ESIF Other additional information: The framework agreement will be made available for use by members of the consortia regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This framework may be used by the institutions to make purchases on projects that are fully or part-funded by European Union funds or Programs including but not limited to: 1. European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or; 2. European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) NEUPC is seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of Intellectual Property Rights Services, which are defined as Legal advice, guidance, pre-filing of searches, development of protection strategy, and licensing and registration services on all matters relating to the creation, development and protection of patents, trademarks, copyright, design rights and trade secrets, and intellectual property rights. It does not include commercialisation and design exploitation services
