Notice Description

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to enter in to an Approved Supplier List (ASL) for the provision of domiciliary care on the Isle of Wight for children with disabilities. This service is part of the Authority's children's services department's range of services which support children and young people with disabilities. Care support is part of the services offered as a specialist service from social care. There will be no limit to the number of Suppliers admitted on to the ASL. This is a non-exclusive ASL and the Authority reserves the right to use an alternative route to market during the life of the ASL if it is deemed to be appropriate. Potential suppliers are able to join the approved supplier list at any time during the life of the list; however, if a supplier wishes to be on the list from the 'go live' date of the 23 December 2021 then completed Tenders must be submitted by the 26 November 2021. Submissions received after the 26 November 2021 shall be evaluated after the 'go live' date. The ASL will remain open for Potential Suppliers to apply to join throughout the anticipated duration of 3 years (with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months at the authority's discretion). Any Potential Supplier who applies to join the ASL after the commencement date will be assessed against the same criteria as is published in this document and the same pass marks shall apply. Additional information: The contract value listed in this notice is the whole life potential value of the ASL.
