Notice Description
Contract to support and provide continuous improvement to the Bus Open Data Digital Service. Work will include enhancements to the Public Beta service through the agile processes of user research, development, testing and release, change management through stakeholder engagement and user onboarding, management and support of the AWS cloud hosting services, and operation of the customer care service desk for the BODS service. Extending into 2024 to cover the original contract.
