This notice is for the appointment of a works contractor for the 2 stage design and build contract for Ashbridge, Asmill and Cosway street requirement. The PCSA has been entered into on the basis of OHP and a fixed fee will be agreed on the basis of the OJEU competition at the end of the second stage. Fees PS7,148,399 and estimated build cost of PS35m.
