Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. A Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework is being established to support MTVH's building safety remediation programme. There are 2 Lots with scopes to provide Fire engineering, Design and Consultancy in Lot 1; and Inspections in Lot 2. The remediation programme comprises numerous blocks, and additional services may be required throughout the MTVH portfolio.
