The Council has awarded a contract for direct routing services which allows users to call through a third party telephone provider via Microsoft's Phone System. The contract starts on 01/10/2024 and will run for 12 months until 30/09/2025 whilst the team review the requirements of the services. Additional information: Direct Award via CCS Gcloud-13 Framework
