Expressions of Interest: Westminster City Council City Survey
Notice Description
Westminster City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest in delivering the City Survey as summarised below. The City Survey is an annual piece of research with the residents of Westminster City Council that has been running since 2009. The research was set up to understand the representative views of residents across a number of topics. This research is shaped by and explores issues related to the Council's key priorities including satisfaction with the council, how informed residents feel, engagement and usage of local services, and key concerns for their local areas. The City Survey has been carried out every year in Autumn using a door-to-door approach and generally with the same core questions. The survey is around 20 minutes long with around 50 questions - mainly single and multi-choice questions, with up to five open ended questions. The previous wave consisted of an independent research agency conducting face-to-face interviews with 2,412 residents aged 16+ between October and November 2023. This year we would like fieldwork to take place earlier in the year, starting in September 2024, so that the results and analysis can be delivered before the end of the calendar year. Westminster City Council is proposing a 2 year + 1 year contract - so the successful agency will deliver work for the City Survey in two successive years (2024 and 2025), with the possibility for an additional third year (2026). Please express your interest in this opportunity by email return by 27th March 2024. Further contact details as per this notice. Please register and/or ensure your contact details are up to date on our e-tendering system Capital E-Sourcing ahead of the tender being published.
