Notice Description

2 ultrasound machines to be delivered, installed, trained and maintained within the Gambia. 1. General ultrasound machine with colour and flow Doppler capabilities (pulsed wave). General and obstetric calculations. DICOM functions including image and video storage. Stand and carry case. Probes: a) Small parts - 6-13 MHz linear b) Abdominal - 2-5 MHz curved c) Vaginal - 5-8 MHz curved d) EMR connectivity e) DICOM image management (TCP/IP): store, modality worklist, print, MPPS and storage commit: modality, perform, Procedure Step f) Designed to be truly portable and used ideally in the most rugged environments. g) Must be able to work with standard ECG leads and electrodes and also be able to interface with ECG monitors. h) Micro flash USB drive for sharing images to PC or Mac. i) Wi-Fi capability / Ethernet or wireless image/data transfer j) Composite video output (NTSC/PAL) to VCR or video printer. k) Encryption of patient data on the system. l) Cleaning and maintenance kits must be supplied by the vendor. m) High-definition imaging/viewing monitors with a touch screen capability and LED backlight. n) The system must be designed for maximum flexibility to integrate into other existing PACS and EMR system. 2. ECHO machine with colour and flow Doppler capabilities (pulsed and continuous wave). ECHO related calculations. DICOM functions including image and video storage. Stand and carry case. Probes: a) Adult cardiac 1-5 MHz b) Paediatric cardiac 4-8 MHz If the 2 machines were compatible with interchangeable probes, so that we had some inbuilt redundancy, this would be ideal. We have image viewer software (Rogan Delft Pro-view) which they should be compatible with. Additional information: The requirement is to be open on the Bravo Solution eSourcing portal from 12th September 2018 to the 28th September 2018. Interested parties need to register for free through the Bravo Solutions portal to tender for this requirement.
