Car Park will include : * Approx 116 car parking spaces * Fixed Lighting * Drainage to Pow Beck * New entrance/exit from Coach Road * Pedestrian footpath to the north of the site * Landscaping around the perimeter Further details are provided in the Invitation to Tender documents which will be made available upon registering an interest in this opportunity via The Chest Procurement Portal.
