As part of the ongoing work in Peterborough to reduce rough sleeping the Council is seeking a provider to support the work of the Council in providing safe sleeping spaces to rough sleepers who are: 1. Marginalised from current accommodation and support provision due to being entrenched in rough sleeping, or 2. Not Eligible for Housing Assistance due to immigration status. Building on existing community voluntary resources the Council is seeking a provider to provide the following: * 4 x safe sleeping spaces for rough sleepers - cited in various community/faith locations around the city * Support for clients accessing the safe sleeping spaces * Support for clients to engage and access rough sleeper and homelessness services already commissioned and delivered in the city
