Following initial market engagement and pre-planning for the procurement for this service, the council has decided to put the procurement on hold until further notice so as to ensure West Northants transist smoothly from a countywide service to a West specific service delivery. A proposal is being submitted to cabinet proposing a s75 arrangement for the interim. Thank you for your interest.
