The University has a huge digital footprint in the Sector and we have a digital marketing team dedicated to maintaining these sites and upholding the reputation of the University. We wish to secure a range of experienced agencies we can engage with for user experience (UX) consultancy, research, and design services. The framework will ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while enabling the marketing department to access expert UX support easily. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
