GB-London: Contract for DLO Void Works Sub-Contractor
Notice Description
Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which provides reactive repair services to Clarion Housing stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey. Though most of CHPS repairs jobs are performed by in-house resources, they have a constant requirement for sub-contractors to cover works where the capacity or expertise are not available internally. Therefore Clarion wishes to appoint a contractor for the following works where CHPS in-house resources do not have the capacity: Void Works (Including void cleaning, and void clearance and waste disposal) for the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire, Hertforshire/Essex, and Surrey regions.
