Notice Description
Somerset West and Taunton Council are seeking fee proposal to prepare a Repairs Notice for Tonedale Mill, Milverton Road, Tonedale, Wellington. Tonedale Mill is thought to be one of the most important textile manufacturing sites in the south-west. The requirement is to prepare a costed repairs schedule for the relevant buildings which form part of the Tonedale Mill complex, using a team including a conservation-accredited architect or surveyor, a structural engineer and a quantity surveyor
