* Sheffield City Council requires net capacity assessments of all special schools in the city (using BB104 Guidance). * Net capacity assessments need to be carried out as a matter of urgency to help address on-going sufficiency needs and inform strategic decision making. * Alongside this, there is a requirement to provide recommendations for changing utilisation of space to increase capacity, and to provide an overview of potential expansion options for future consideration. * As part of this work there is also be a need to support a one-off net capacity assessment of a mainstream school.
