NEC Contract Supervisor
Notice Description
To provide NEC Supervisor Services throughout the full duration of RIBA Stage 5 (Manufacturing and Construction) and Stage 6 (Handover), pursuant to a NEC4 Form of Contract (Design & Build) covering the following scope of work elements for the buildings described above: * Architectural Installation * Structural Installation * Civil Engineering Installation * Mechanical Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below) * Electrical Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below) * Plumbing Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below) * Geotechnical Monitoring and Installation * External Works and Landscaping Installation *Note - It is proposed to procure a separate Appointment for a Technical Advisor 'monitoring' role that will oversee the final design, installation and commissioning phase of these works.
