Bromford Heating Works - Nelson House Boiler Room Project - AWARD
Notice Description
Bromford is seeking quotations for the refurbishment and mechanical upgrade of the boiler room at Nelson House, Bristol. The project will involve the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new boiler system, including associated pumps, valves, and pipework. The works will also include integration with the existing systems, ensuring full operational functionality. The key components of the requirement are: o New Boiler Installation: Supply and install new high-efficiency boilers with appropriate capacity for the building's needs. o Pumps and Valves: Provide and install new pumps and valves for system control and flow management. o Pipework: Supply and install insulated pipework, ensuring proper connections with the existing system. o Control Systems: Install modern control systems, including thermostats and control panels, for optimal temperature regulation. o Testing and Commissioning: Full testing and commissioning of the system to ensure it meets safety and performance standards. All works must comply with relevant British Standards and health and safety regulations.
