The vision for Clay Cross is to become a 21st century town, moving on from its industrial legacy whilst valuing and preserving its heritage, transformed into a centre for learning, research and climate change innovation. NEDDC is a forward looking authority and is seeking a fresh and innovative approach to place-making and regeneration. This will be reflected in any responses to this call for bids. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
