Notice Description

Our aim is to establish a highly competitive legal services framework agreement for Member Institutions across the five participating consortia. While the contracting authority cannot guarantee volumes, it is estimated that higher education institutions in England currently spend circa PS70m per annum on legal services. This is an estimation based on historical spend in this service area. It may vary considerably up or down. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting framework agreement or contract and there is no guarantee that any framework agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice or that there is an exclusivity in any way in respect of the relevant services. No compensation etc will be paid if a tender or resulting framework agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Providers should take part in the process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position. Additional information: Please view links above for further information.
