Notice Description
The University is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake Refurbishment Work at Devonshire Hall. The initial project comprises internal refurbishment of Devonshire Hall Block H and replacement of windows to Block F and replacement of distribution boards to Blocks F and G. Subject to funding and the contractors satisfactory performance the University reserves the right to award the successful contractor further phases of work at Devonshire Hall and its surrounding buildings.
