Notice Description

Leeds City College ('The College') is seeking to purchase an ESET anti-virus solution to protect approximately 6500 endpoints (desktop PCs and servers) and 1200 licences for exchange. Both warranty and support must be included within the purchase price and run for optional periods of not less than 1-year, 3-year and 5-year. Any proposed professional services must also be included in the final price. Tenders will be assessed primarily according to total price but we will take into consideration the reseller's level of support and partnership with the original equipment manufacturer. Additional information: Delivery Notes There is no requirement to duplicate electronic submissions with a hard copy. Tenders must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 21st June 2019. Tenders received after this date/time will not be considered. You are advised to complete your submission no later than 11:45am in case there are any delays in the operation of the system(s).
