You are invited to submit a tender to join a Framework Agreement for the Provision of The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Mental Health Assessor Role. Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) is a legal framework under which the local authority (Blackpool Council) acts as a supervisory body, in order to authorise deprivations of service user's liberty which are the responsibility of the state.
