Test Valley Borough Council is seeking a consultant to develop proposals for a BID covering Andover town centre. This would be the first BID for Andover town centre. If the ballot is successful the contract may be extended to cover the establishment of the BID. Further details are available on our website at http://www.testvalley.gov.uk/business/doingbusiness/tenders/bid-ballot-support Additional information: Returns are due by 20 July 2017 at midday.
