Appointment of management consultants to work collaboratively with the in-house team to support the preparation for the merger of NHSD, NHSX, HEE and NHSE. The three areas include overall programme management, baselining/detailed assessment of the existing functions of NHSD, NHSX and HEE, and organisational design work to determine how the four organisations will come together in a way that is aligned with NHSE's overall future operating model.
