Provision to deliver the Skilled Bootcamp Programme 2022-23

Notice Description

The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers across all Lots (8 Lots) to deliver specialist technical skilled bootcamp. The Services have been divided into the following work packages (Lots): * Lot 1 - F Gas Accredited Heat Pump Engineer * Lot 2 - Monobloc Accredited Heat Pump Engineer * Lot 3 - Advanced Fibre Engineer * Lot 4 - Fibre Engineer * Lot 5 - Agriculture Robotics * Lot 6 - Agriculture Robotics Solutions * Lot 7 - Green Transport * Lot 8 - EV Charging Point Installation The contract will commence from 27th June 2022 until March 2023 and is being led and administered by Hull training and Adult Education Hull City Council. The Service Provider(s) shall be expected to deliver high quality flexible training programmes to address the needs of adults aged 19+. Delivery is based at level 3 - 5 lasting up to 16 weeks and a minimum of 60 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) based on employer sector in demand. All learning must be instructed under the guidance of a lecturer, supervisor tutor or appropriate provider of education and training whilst on the skilled bootcamps. All projects must demonstrate extensive evidence of employer involvement in the design of their delivery of their skilled Bootcamps. Kingston upon Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the training services described. In accordance with the Light Touch Regime rules, there are no stipulated minimum time periods for the Authority to impose on suppliers for responding to tenders, due to this the Authority have used their discretion and judgement and shall be giving Suppliers 22 days to submit a tender response.
