40 MOO's, 24 Dover MOO's VTS and an unknown number of SMOO's before the end of this financial year, the cost per license is PS400 each bring the total to 32k. Blackpool and Flyde college are the only suppliers of the Nautical Knowledge qualification which all MOO's need to fully qualify
