Notice Description

The design and installation of an adventure playground, including play equipment, surfacing, benches and bins, and an additional entrance, at Mill Meadows in Henley-on-Thames. Scope of work The work will consist of: * Detailed designs for the playground, including drawings and specifications; * Working in collaboration with the Town Council to undertake a public consultation on the draft designs and to amend them accordingly; * Obtaining all necessary permissions, licences and approvals to undertake the work; * Removing and disposing of the existing play equipment; * Installing the new play equipment; * Installing new surfacing; * Installing benches, tables and bins; * Installing an additional entrance; * Associated landscaping to dress the playground: * Equipment and workmanship warranties and support for ongoing maintenance. Anticipated value The anticipated value of the contract is PS125,000, with a c.10% allowance either side.
