Liverpool City Council in conjunction with Liverpool CCG is looking to admit a number of new home care providers not currently under contract, to provide a personal care service with Liverpool City Council onto a short-term approved provider list to assist in the Transfer of Hospital and Urgent Care for a defined period of time (April 2016 to June 2016) Additional information: To register an interest in this opportunity and obtain Application documents, please log into The Chest Closing date for applications 1st April 2016 at 10.00 am
