Health and Wellbeing Plan
Notice Description
Cafcass is seeking to engage the services of a suitable Health and Wellbeing Plan Provider to support its award-winning approach to staff health and wellbeing. The plan will need to meet the following requirements: * Access to a range of health and wellbeing treatments which can be claimed for by members of staff up to a maximum benefit limit; * Members to have access to an app for ease of claiming benefits; * National coverage of all the above, to ensure every member of staff from each of Cafcass's offices across England can benefit from the plan; * As a minimum the Tenderer will provide quarterly reports showing KPI data and service use by area; * Access to an online administration portal to view real time data of members and make changes to staff memberships. * Provision of a range of services which contribute to financial wellbeing such as discounts, reduced rates etc. To apply for this opportunity please log on to Pro Contract e procurement portal and register as a supplier at the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?p=6a9b6d7b-f5f9-e611-80dd-005056b64545&v=2
