Call Off from Crown Commercial Services Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programmes and Eye Care Services Framework Agreement RM6182 This contract is for the provision of Eyecare vouchers and Spectacles for staff for the duration of 2 years. Please note the awarded value is for the initial 2 years only. We reserved the right to extend the contract as per the extension options and uplift the contract value accordingly.
