Notice Description
Waiver to directly appoint KCA to provide architectural services to finish design work which they have already commenced but under instruction of RP Sanctuary. Design work is already at RIBA stage 2/3 and simply needs completing to planning submission stage for x10 small sites. Additional information: Waiver granted to make direct appointment of KCA on the basis of their historical knowledge and involvement in the schemes.
