Contract Title: My Health Matters Contract Value: PS60,000 per annum Contract Length: 12 months (with the option to extend for a further 12 months) Contract Start Date: 1st April 2018 The aims of the service are: * To make Havering residents and employees more aware of their health and more prepared to contemplate lifestyle changes through effective use of social marketing and "nudge" approaches. * For a voluntary sector organisation with a track record, or at least with a thorough knowledge and understanding of mobilising the community to: "Reduce health inequalities of adults within Havering by empowering and preparing them to change their own lifestyles thereby improving the health of themselves and others" Log onto www.capitalEsourcing.com to access all tender documents.
