Notice Description

Orbit are seeking to appoint a suitable provider to undertake an extensive Scan to BIM surveying project to capture the existing condition of the in-scope buildings and immediate surrounding buildings (18 meters and above) and also specific complex buildings specified in the Project Information Requirements. This is to develop a digital portfolio of the Authority's built assets in line with the information requirement documents. Registration for the portal is free. http://www.procontract.due-north.com. The contract is expected to commence on 3rd April 2023 and will be for a period of three years until 2nd April 2026, with the option to extend for up to a further one year until 2nd April 2027. PS550k is the estimated lowest contract value.
