Branston and Mere Parish Council are looking at improving the recreational facilities within their community and require quotes in relation to the provision of a stand alone modular changing facility suitable for use as a football changing rooms facility. Spec as follows... Minimum specification for Changing Rooms Branston & Mere Parish Council Stand alone sports changing rooms. Fully turn-key building minimum size 16 x 3.5 metres Able to be transported by road to site in completed form Metal construction fully insulated to building regulations Exterior to be fully clad in composite 'shiplap' Steel doors Opening windows with steel security panels (optional anti climb nosing 'bulge' to roof) Fully plumbed and wired to building regulations Led lights with presence detectors, external protected lights over doorways 2 team changing rooms Minimum 3 stand alone electric showers Benches and under bench storage Single Shelf above benches Hooks to walls or freestanding bench assemblies 1 Toilet 1 hand basin 2 urinals 1 officials changing rooms suitable for 2 persons 1 shower in officials room. Bench and under bench storage Shelf above bench 1 steel bracket for mounting a small safe. Hooks to walls or freestanding bench assemblies Toilet with hand basin Each room to have suitable heating Quote for optional plant room with electric boiler in lieu of individual devices.
