The Building Works at the British Embassy Rome
Notice Description
The building works will take place in Rome, at the Residence of the British Ambassador to Italy. A bathroom and a small wardrobe to be converted into a bigger kitchen. The scope includes electrical mechanical works, ventilation works, kitchen device installation, floor and ceilings replacement, making an entry through a wall and additional wall set ups. The contractors must have relevant certificates from the local authorities to work with heritage buildings. The works to be completed by 12th July 2022. The site visit is scheduled for 12th April 2022. The deadline for bidding is 26th April 2022.
