Enhanced Finish to Central Drive

Notice Description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the surface enhancement to the Central Drive at Keele University. The project involves the surface enhancement to the Central Drive with a resin bound gravel, installation of bollards and removal of block paving and replaced with a grassed finish. Please refer to the Tender Specification document for full details. The estimated total value of the contract is PS200,000 excluding VAT. Tenderer's may visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender sum. Arrangements to visit site for this contract can be made directly with Mr Andrew Woolliscroft Tel: 01782 734536. The site visits will be conducted during the tender period. Additional information: The procurement is being conducted through the In-Tend portal and the documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofkeele/aspx/Home. Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via:https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofkeele/aspx/Home. Tenderers remain responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by them or by any third party acting under instructions from the Tenderer in connection with taking part in this procurement, regardless of whether such costs arise as a direct or indirect consequence of any amendments made to the procurement documents by the University at any time.
