Notice Description

Providing support, maintenance, and data integration for the UK's Long Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) Collaborative Data Centre. The MCA needs to acquire the services of a contractor able to maintain the UK LRIT Data Centre. The UK's Data Centre has been running since EU exit but the current contract for service and maintenance is expiring. The service is still required so a new contract needs to be put in place for the continued smooth running of the UK's Data Centre. There is a statutory requirement for all IMO member states to operate an LRIT Data Centre. This service is required for the UK to meet its international obligations under SOLAS.
